About

I founded Centered Insights because I’m deeply passionate about putting people at the heart of process improvement, operational systems, and data storytelling.

My career began in digital media, publishing, and advertising, where I helped large brands tell their stories online. Over time, I began to think about how the technologies I was working with could be applied to helping professions. This led me to discover my passion for public health, particularly how data can drive meaningful improvements in the vital work done by healthcare providers.

After receiving my MPH in Health Management and Policy, I spent five years at Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest, ultimately leading their Quality team. In that role, I managed audits, accreditation, patient experience, complication reporting, root cause analysis including provider training, workflow standardization, provider dashboard development, and countless other improvement projects.

When I became a mom at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, my professional priorities shifted. I began thinking about how I could support teams across different organizations by doing what I love most—collaborative system improvement with those who are at the center of providing services. Five years later, after holding program management roles at MedImpact and Kaiser Permanente, I founded Centered Insights to help organizations improve outcomes, as well as employee and customer satisfaction.
